WorldSSP300 team gains another signing

The grid for the inaugural FIM Supersport 300 World Championship season continues to build as Team Toth sign 16 year old South African Troy Bezuidenhout.

Already experienced in the WorldSBK paddock, Bezuidenhout was able to secure a top eight position finish in the competitive European Junior Cup last season, securing his maiden podium finish at the German round of Lausitzring.

After spending three seasons in the European Junior Cup, this is a strong step for the 16 year old as he moves into a world racing series, and he will take the experience of the circuits with him.

Troy Bezuidenhout: "I would like to say thank you to Imre Toth for this great opportunity. After a tense winter I'm incredibly happy to finalise things with Team Toth and I can't wait to ride the R3 Yamaha. We will work together from day 1 at 100% and everyday throughout the season and I'm sure we can achieve some great results. It's also great that my team mate is one of my good friends. We can work together to get the most out of the bike. I'd like to thank all my sponsors, and my family for working so hard to pull this off. Bring on Aragon and round one."
