STK1000: TRIPLE-M to run Faccani and Moser
TRIPLE-M team announces Superstock 1000 line-up for 2016.
The TRIPLE-M team has confirmed its two-rider combination for the upcoming 2016 FIM Superstock 1000 Cup.
The pair of Ducati 1199 Panigale R bikes will be ridden by Germany’s Marc Moser, who rode for the team in 2015, and Italy’s Marco Faccani who claimed the 2014 Superstock 600 title in 2014 before spending this season in World Supersport.
Marc Moser:
“After improving my results last season, I am very energised and proud of the TRIPLE-M team and to stay with them on the Ducati next year. I look forward to continuing my work with some familiar faces and meeting our expectations. We have a lot of work to do during the pre-season and I am looking forward to riding again.”
Marco Faccani:
“I am very proud and honoured to have received this opportunity for which I thank (Team Owner) Matthias Moser and (Team Manager) Manuel Cappelletti. TRIPLE-M is one of the most professional teams in the WorldSBK paddock. I think it’s a good opportunity for me and I’m going to be pulling out all the stops.”
