David Salom (Kawasaki Racing Team) has been the EVO best classified rider in both races at the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, despite  the right hand injury that has been affecting his performance. The Spaniard is now looking forward to enjoying the summer break, hoping to come back even stronger.

“In Jerez a repeat performance will be a lot more difficult, it is my home race and surely all my family and friends will be there” said Salom. “I think we need to keep working the same way because we have worked very well so far. I really like this team, it is really a perfect one for me.”
