Wahr first arrived in WorldSSP in 2014 after winning the German Supersport Championship the year before. Finishing 16th in his first year, riding a Yamaha fielded privately by his own team, in 2015 he then joined SMS Racing and rode a Honda, the same bike with which he will contest 2016.
