Gobbi debuts this season in WorldSSP with VFT Racing riding a Yamaha YZF R6. Born in Cesena 19 years ago, the young Italian talent competed in the last two seasons of STK600 under the same umbrella, coming 30^th in 2014 and improving to 16^th in 2015. In his third year with VFT, he achieves his goal of competing against riders on a world stage, although his participation will be in the European Supersport Cup.
