Yamaha R9 given rpm reduction ahead of Aragon Round

Following the latest Balance of Performances report after Magny-Cours, the Yamaha R9 will have an 800rpm reduction from Aragon
As per article 2.5.3.1.3 of the FIM Supersport World Championship regulations and review of the latest Balance of Performances report after Round 9, FIM and DWO have decided to lower the Yamaha YZF-R9 RPM limiter by 800 rpm - from 11,800 rpm to 11,000 rpm.
