Pastore leads all-Italian front row at Aragon

It’s a trio of Italian riders on the front row for the FIM Yamaha R3 BLU CRU World Cup at MotorLand Aragon

Emanuele Pastore will start on pole position as racing gets underway at the penultimate round of the 2025 FIM Yamaha R3 BLU CRU World Cup at MotorLand Aragon, leading an all-Italian front row with championship leader Di Persio and wildcard Ivan Spada second and third.

Pastore’s time of 2’13.303s saw him take a comfortable pole position with a gap of 0.266 seconds to second placed Di Persio, who will be crowned champion if he can extend his points lead to 75 on Saturday, or maintain a lead of over 50 points on Sunday.

Ivan Spada, returning to the series for the second time this weekend, will start third. Japan’s Teppei Kugawa heads up row two ahead of countryman Kakeru Okunuki with Indonesian sensation Arai Agaska lining up sixth.

Mario Salles (Brazil) starts seventh, ahead of Angelo Mottola (Italy) and one-event entry Alessandro Binder (Swizterland). Poland’s Dawid Nowak completes the top ten.
