With the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship preparing for Round 5 of the 2023 season at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”, which will host the Pirelli Emilia-Romagna Round, it’s a great time to look at some classic races from years gone by. This time, it’s time to go back to 2004 and watch Race 2 from Misano when Pierfrancesco Chilli and Regis Laconi, both racing on Ducati machinery, battled it out for victory on the Adriatic coast.
