FIRST LOOK: rookie Ray visits the Yamaha Motoxracing WorldSBK Team headquarters
The reigning British champion visited his new team’s headquarters as he prepares for his rookie campaign in WorldSBK
As preparations for the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship in 2023 ramp up, one rider has been on a trip to Italy to see his new team’s headquarters ahead of his rookie season. Bradley Ray visited the home of the Yamaha Motoxracing WorldSBK Team in Italy to meet the whole squad as he prepares for his debut WorldSBK campaign with the team. Discussing his visit, Ray said: “Joining a new team is always exciting but, for me, stepping up to WorldSBK, I had no idea what to expect from today’s visit to the team’s headquarters. I’m delighted to report that both the team facility and the team in general by far exceeded my expectations. I thought I was excited before this visit about joining and racing for Motoxracing, but next season can’t start soon enough! I’m very grateful for the effort made by all to make me feel so welcome!”
