The charity, which works on delivering vital healthcare to some of the most remote parts of Africa, will give fans the opportunity to bag some exclusive memorabilia and raise money

The 2022 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship on 15-17 July will feature the return of Two Wheels for Life in the paddock after a two-year absence. The British-based charity will be taking to the WorldSBK SuperShow stage with Michael Hill as it promises to be Two Wheels’ biggest presence at Donington Park yet. Two Wheels for Life will be exhibiting in the paddock throughout the weekend, showcasing its fundraising work as well as giving fans a preview of what’s up for grabs in the two rider memorabilia fundraising auctions.

Auctions will take place on Friday at 17:55 and on Saturday at 17:45, offering signed rider memorabilia from current WorldSBK Champion Toprak Razgatlioglu (Pata Yamaha with Brixx WorldSBK) and teammate Andrea Locatelli, as well as six-time World Champion and most successful rider in WorldSBK history, Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK), Eugene Laverty (Bonovo Action BMW) and teammate Loris Baz and Leon Haslam (TPR Team Pedercini Racing). In attendance, Xavi Vierge (Team HRC), wildcard Tarran Mackenzie (McAMS Yamaha) and WorldSSP riders Lorenzo Baldassarri (Evan Bros. WorldSSP Yamaha Team) and Jules Cluzel (GMT94 Yamaha). The Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK is also offering a VIP team experience.

In addition to the auctions, Friday will see a stunt show with Toprak Razgatlioglu and a special appearance from Scott Redding (BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team), with Saturday including a live music concert forming part of an expanded SuperShow. WorldSBK Championship leader Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati), rookie Iker Lecuona (Team HRC), Ducati’s Michael Ruben Rinaldi (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) and WorldSSP riders Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) and Andy Verdoia (GMT94 Yamaha) are just some of the riders scheduled to join the stage across the weekend. Music on all three days will be provided by the talented Italian Giulio Maceroni, who brings his Rock ‘n’ Road show to the WorldSBK paddock for the very first time.

All funds raised through the auctions will go to the life-saving Riders for Health programmes in some of the poorest and most remote areas of Africa, where motorcycles are predominantly used to deliver vital health care.
