Incredible fights and stunning racing marked WorldSBK’s return to the Portuguese venue with two different winners from three last-lap shootouts
The MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship returned to the Circuito Estoril for the Estoril Round and it was a weekend not to be missed. From a Race 1 classic duel between the titanic trio of Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati), Toprak Razgatligolu (Pata Yamaha with Brixx WorldSBK) and Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK), an incredible fight between Razgatlioglu and Rea in the Superpole Race and then another sensational final-lap shootout in Race 2, Estoril had it all.
