The MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship made a welcome return to Italy for the Pirelli Made in Italy Emilia-Romagna Round at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”. Michael Ruben Rinaldi (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) claimed two victories and a second place as his 2021 campaign was kickstarted in style, while Toprak Razgatlioglu (Pata Yamaha with BRIXX WorldSBK) was able to claim his first win of the season after claiming seven podiums in the first nine races.
