WSS regulars make an impact in other series
In the World Endurance Championship, Matthieu Lagrive (photo), who rides for the Althea Honda team in WSS, was second at the classic Le Mans race, alongside a double WSS Champion of the recent past, Sebastien Charpentier. Barry Veneman, who rides for Hoegee Suzuki in the Supersport World Championship, was third at Le Mans.
In the Italian CIV Championship, at Misano, Gianluca Nannelli (BE 1 Triumph) was second in the Supersport class, while his team-mate Garry McCoy had qualified fourth for the race.
