Althea Supersport Riders Move Forward In Testing
Althea Honda's Supersport riders Mark Aitchison and Matthieu Lagrive joined some of the Superbike class big hitters at a recent Monza test to continue the development of their latest CBR600RR Honda. Both riders performed well, fine-tuning their set ups for the upcoming race at Assen circuit, first and foremost.

Unfortunately the team's Superbike rider Tommy Hill was not able to attend the test sessions because he has a nasty cold, but the English rider will be present at Assen for the next Superbike races.

Mark Aitchison: "I'm very happy with how the two days has gone because I was able to complete all the tests that I wanted. We had to work hard to find the best front settings, but we brought some new stuff and most of the components are working well. I was also able to carry out one long run and I found a really good pace. The team have been great, we're working really well together."

Matthieu Lagrive: "I'm satisfied with how the test has gone. I never pushed too hard because I have worked a lot on the set-up. I am pretty happy because we made good lap times and the bike was very consistent. I did a race distance simulation and the bike was already better than last race in Valencia. I hope we can take the things we found here forward to the next races."
