Columbian rider Yonny Hernandez is preparing to make his debut in the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship, following eight seasons in the MotoGP™ paddock. 2010 welcomed the 29 year old into Moto2, where he spent two seasons fighting for points scoring finishes. Welcoming a move up into the MotoGP™ class in 2012, he had five seasons fighting in the 'Open Class', and was able to secure some credible points scoring finishes. 2017 saw Hernandez fighting back in Moto2, but now a move over to WorldSBK with Team Pedercini Racing will be a new challenge. Taking on the Kawasaki ZX-10RR, he will be looking forward to some strong fights in the competitive class.
