A product of the Italian Pre-GP championship and later the Red Bull Rookies’ Cup, The Italian 26-year-old is back for more in WorldSSP in 2026. Having first competed in WorldSSP in a single-race wildcard appearance back in 2019, Casadei has been a busy man since then, fighting  for the title season in and season out in MotoE as well as intermittent wild cards in Moto2 in 2021 and 2023, as well as further WorldSSP appearances in 2021, 2022 and 2025. 2023 saw Casadei’s biggest triumph to date, being crowned MotoE Champion through his five-win, ten podium campaign; a feat he nearly replicated in 2025 only to come up just shy. 2025 saw him compete in the entire WorldSSP season from Misano on, placing within the top ten with regularity and closing the season in Jerez in the top five for the first time in his WorldSSP career. 2026 brings Casadei to a new garage as now he does the leathers of the D34G WorldSSP Racing Team.
