British rider Jake Dixon is part of Honda’s all-new line-up in 2026, alongside Somkiat Chantra. Dixon brings seven years of Moto2 experience to the team, where he was a title contender, but isn’t short of ‘big bike’ experience either, having being runner-up in British Superbike in 2018.

Like teammate Chantra, Dixon’s first WorldSBK experience is with the factory Honda team in WorldSBK and he’ll be hoping he can help them move forward as they continually develop the CBR1000RR-R.
Before WorldSBK
Dixon spent seven years between 2019 and 2025 in Moto2, often as a front runner as he racked up seven wins, 22 podiums and 8 poles; fighting for the title on several occasions. He also got a taste of MotoGP action with two races in 2021, including on home soil at Silverstone. Between 2016 and 2018, Dixon was a British Superbike racer and finished as runner-up in his final campaign. In total, he took five wins and 22 rostrums. He was third in the British Supersport championship in 2015.
