Alfa Romeo back to Russia as new ‘4C’ is unveiled
Alfa Romeo announces its comeback to the Russian market as direct importer through ‘Chrysler Jeep Russia National Sales Company'. The information was made official yesterday at Moscow Raceway during the eighth round of the eni FIM Superbike World Championship, the series in which Alfa Romeo has been Top Sponsor and Official Safety Car since 2007.

The operation confirms the brand's focus on Russia, a rapidly growing market which is forecasted to close 2013 with 2 million 800 thousand vehicles and which will keep growing to reach 3.2 million over the next four years, a major share of which will be Premium brands.

The eighth World Superbike round of the season is also the perfect opportunity to preview the brand-new model ‘4C' in Russia: an exclusive white car, sporting the Italian flag, will parade on the track before the second race alongside the MiTo Limited Edition SBK 1.4 170 HP QV, the current Official Safety Car of the Championship. The compact supercar will be taking over in the near future on international WSBK tracks and the handover between the two models will be symbolically celebrated at Moscow Raceway.

The Alfa Romeo 4C is inspired by the century-old traditions of Alfa Romeo but still projects the brand's authentic values into the future: Italian style, performance and engineering excellence for maximum driving satisfaction and total safety.
