Biaggi embarks on a new career as SBK commentator
After six successful years of commitment and two World Titles achieved in 2010 and 2012, reigning World Superbike Champion Max Biaggi enters a new SBK career as co-commentator for the Italian TV Mediaset. Despite having retired from racing at the end of last year, Biaggi will still be heavily involved in the eni FIM World Superbike Championship.
The Italian company has picked up broadcast rights to show World Superbike, World Supersport and both Superstock classes, that will be televised on channels Italia 1 and Italia 2. Biaggi will join his new crew and get ready for his new 'career debut' at the Season Opener of Phillip Island, scheduled for February 24.
