WorldSBK, WorldSSP and WorldSSP300 Championships all see updates for 2018

The FIM have published an update to the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship, FIM Supersport World Championship & FIM Supersport 300 World Championship Regulations ahead of the fourth round of the season, at TT Circuit Assen.

Following the Pirelli Aragon Round, the concession points table has resulted in all manufacturers, except Ducati, being able to carry out one concession parts update to their machines this season (as detailed in article 2.4.3.4).

Additionally the analysis of 2.4.3.3 means that the machines rev limits will remain unchanged for at least the next three rounds.

Further updates to the WorldSBK class include changes allowing the FIM and the teams to collect more data regarding tyre temperatures and pressure whilst on track.

World Supersport updates allows minor technical changes to improve safety during a flag to flag race, and finally World Supersport 300 changes include updates to the performance balancing regulations.
