MotoGP and WorldSBK, two worlds with much in common

Two paddocks, two worlds, two different styles… But also, much in common. Throughout the last 30 years, many riders have jumped from one championship to another; some for a one-off experience in a foreign environment (Doohan, Simoncelli, Rea), while others built an entirely new career off their experience in the other paddock (Edwards, Spies, Biaggi).

In 2019, Álvaro Bautista will become the latest man to get into uncharted waters, joining the Racing – Ducati team and their brand new V4. has taken the occasion to go over some of the many links between the two championships, including riders, managers, engineers and more!
