Green team ready to bring the fight

Kawasaki Puccetti Racing have revealed their 2017 liveries as the team expands into this season; with a WorldSBK, WorldSSP, WorldSSP Junior and WorldSSP300 team under their umbrella.

Making the step up into the Superbike World Championship with Randy Krummenacher - who was in the fight for the WorldSSP title last season aboard the Kawasaki ZX-6R - unveiled his stunning green, white, red and black WorldSBK machine complete with his new number for 2017, 88. Whilst reigning World Supersport champion Kenan Sofuoglu continues on his No.1 shod machine, accompanied by young Brit Kyle Ryde who was on hand to pull the sheets off the green and black Ninja.

Michael Canducci takes to the saddle for the Puccetti Racing Junior Team FMI, and the outfit are also set to take on the inaugural Supersport 300 World Championship season with Turkish rider Harun Cabuk.

With new sponsors exposed, Manuel Puccetti himself took to the stage discussing the season ahead, as injured rider Kenan Sofuoglu remained rehabilitating at home speaking at the launch over the phone. All other riders were present at the unveiling ceremony including every member of the team, who were welcomed on stage.

The team had a tough start to the year with their WorldSSP rider Kenan Sofuoglu recovering with an injury sustained in winter Supermotard training, which required surgery. But the Turkish champion is confident he will be fit for the opening race of the season in three weeks time.

Mauel Puccetti explains his thoughts ahead of the season: "We'll try to be competitive in our debut season in World Superbike. After the Portimao test journalists have asked us if it was not the official 2017 Kawasaki. Actually the bike has been made in our racing department of Reggio Emilia, one kilometer from here, using the same parts and members of the official bike. In World Supersport we must defend the world title we have won twice with Kenan Sofoglu, it will not be easy but the team is very strong and well-oiled. "
