The official 2016 team presentation of VFT Racing took place on Saturday night near Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, including revealing the new livery of the team’s Ducati Panigale for the coming season.

The evening started with the story of the team, narrated by the team manager Valerio Menghi, who was then honored by receiving his 2015 helmet from his son Fabio. The unveiling of the livery was then followed by the presentation of the whole Superbike team and the new 2016 Scorpion Fabio Menghi helmet.

Despite the differences between the past and this new category, Fabio Menghi and VFT Racing Team are very aware they'll have to adapt quickly to the new bike. They know, having seen the promising test in Vallelunga, that the road ahead will be uphill.

"This night was special indeed, it was very nice to see almost every person in this project together excited waiting to see my new 2016 livery,” said Fabio Menghi. “I'm looking forward to riding my bike, gaining some experience on it and giving my very best starting with my first race in Phillip Island!"

That first race kicks off the new era of WorldSBK, on Saturday the 27^th of February, south of Melbourne, Victoria.
