Monday, 6 July 2015 12:13 GMT

An auction to help the international charity organisation and to spend time with Lowes, de Puniet and the whole team.

Voltcom Crescent Suzuki is supporting Riders for Health by auctioning the chance to be a guest of the team at this year’s Suzuki All-Star track day, to raise valuable funds towards the charity’s vital work.

A full day of track action, instruction and training awaits the participants with the added bonus of expert tips from the World Championship riders both before and during the sessions. Lowes and de Puniet will be joined by the Voltcom Crescent Suzuki GSX-R1000, with the opportunity for photos and autographs throughout the day.

For nearly 25 years, Riders for Health have focused on providing reliable, cost-effective and practical transport services for health-focused organisations across Africa. An award-winning social enterprise, Riders for Health makes sure health workers in Africa have access to reliable motorcycles and ambulances so they can reach even the most isolated people with regular and predictable health care. Practical, enterprising and collaborative, Riders’ goal is to see a world where health care reaches everyone, everywhere.

The auction will run from Tuesday 7th to Friday 17th July (concluding as free practice begins at Laguna Seca) so for your chance to bid on the Suzuki All-Star place, meet our riders for photo and autograph opportunities as well as receive personal tuition from Alex Lowes, before being personally guided round a few laps of Silverstone, visit the Riders for Health eBay page - http://stores.ebay.co.uk/riders-for-health

Alex Lowes: “Silverstone was always one of my favourite circuits and I miss it being on the calendar so I can’t wait for the track day! It is always nice to ride with the fans and the Suzuki street bike is a bike you can have a lot of fun on. Last year’s was a great event, so I’m hoping for another good day this year too.

“Riders for Health is a great charity so it’s nice to be able to give something back through such a good cause while having some fun on the GSX-R’s.”

Randy de Puniet: “I am looking forward to Silverstone, it’s a track we don’t get to enjoy in WSBK so it will be nice to ride there with Suzuki. The GSX-R is a great road bike and it will be nice to do some track riding during the long summer break. We always try to support Riders for Health where we can and this is a great way to raise awareness!”
