Multiple WorldSBK race winner Michel Fabrizio is currently without a ride but still looking to return to the series, Italian magazine Motosprint reports. The 30-year-old Roman, who parted company with fellow Italian team Grillini Racing following only four rounds last year, has been attempting to make a comeback to the championship ever since.

“I have been in talks with a team and, if a sponsor arrives, I will come back,” Fabrizio is quoted as saying. “I feel I haven’t shown my full potential, to be honest, and that when I had my chance I lacked that little bit to make it to the top. But I’m still training hard so, if anyone calls me, I’ll be ready.”
