Some of the paddock’s biggest names traded their Sunday leathers for their Sunday best to celebrate the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship’s 39th campaign on Sunday night after the season’s final day of racing. Among the headliners of the evening, Champions from all four categories comprising WorldSBK’s Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing - Ducati) WorldSSP’s Albert Arenas (AS BLU CRU Racing Team) WorldSPB’s Champion Xavi Artigas (MTM Kawasaki) and WorldWCR Champion Maria Herrera (Terra & Vita GRT Yamaha WorldWCR), were celebrated for their speed this season. Furthermore, accolades were handed out for each class’s winners of the Pirelli Best Lap award, the Tissot Superpole award, and Perugia Timing was honoured with the WorldSBK Appreciation award for their contributions to the sport.
