With Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing - Ducati) having bagged the 2026 Riders’ Championship last round at Cremona, the top two places in the Championship standings were clinched before a point was awarded at the Circuito Estoril. A dramatic Race 2 fight to close the Tissot Estoril Round resulted in Yari Montella (Barni Spark Racing Team) clinching the top Independent Riders’ title, and with just two races remaining, he looms large with third place in the Riders’ Championship at his fingertips.
