WSBK VIDEOPASS PURCHASE POLICY
This Website, including any section and/or sub-section accessible through the homepage (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), is the property of DORNA WSBK ORGANIZATION S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “DWO”), with its registered office and principal place of business at Viale Luca Gaurico no. 9/11, Rome, Italy.
Pursuant to an agreement between DWO and MOTOGP SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, S.L. (formerly known as Dorna Sports, S.L., hereinafter referred to as “MotoGP Group”, “we” or “us”), with VAT Number B-84.760.800 and having its registered office at Principe de Vergara 183, 28002 Madrid, Spain, the Website is licensed to, and managed, maintained and edited by MotoGP Group.
Accordingly, the sale of VideoPass in this section of the Website is operated by MotoGP Group.
- POLICY ACCEPTANCE
By using this section, you expressly agree and accept to be bound by this Purchase Policy and by the general Terms and Conditions of the Website, without limits or reservations. Purchasing and/or use of VideoPass also implies the acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
You should carefully read the relevant Terms and Conditions and this Purchase Policy prior to confirming your order. Any queries relating to them should be raised prior to purchase, as confirming your order constitutes acceptance of the Purchase Policy and any other applicable Terms.
In exceptional and specific cases, the User may not have to confirm an order. However, the mere access to WSBK Videopass Content constitutes full acceptance of this Purchase Policy and the applicable Terms and Conditions.
It is hereby expressly agreed that if you violate this Purchase Policy or any other applicable Terms, your use of the Website may be terminated and we may bar you from any future use of the Website, cancel your VideoPass and/or take appropriate legal actions against you.
- ACCESS TO THE CONTENT
WSBK VideoPass (hereinafter, the VideoPass) is an official WSBK digital product which gives access to VOD and live streaming WSBK content in a Pay-Per-View mode. Through means of paid subscription to the Website, you may have access to such content offered via the Website. You will only have access to view said Content whilst connected to the Internet, for as many times as contracted and whilst connected to the Website (streaming never downloading).
You are not authorised to copy said Content to any computer or any other storage device, nor distribute it, or help to be accessed, to third parties for free or for financial gain. If this is contravened, then the User acknowledges to be abided with any corresponding claim that may arise, and MotoGP Group will be allowed to block access and retain any payment as a deposit to compensate for part of the inflicted damage.
The User recognises and accepts that access to the Website may suffer interruptions, and that in certain moment access to specific or all Contents may not be available.
You can find the VideoPass Particular terms in section 9 of this Purchase Policy.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the VideoPass shall be the price set at the time we accept your order, which order could be either a first purchase or any automatic or successive renewal (even of a recurring payment). All prices are exclusive of any tax, unless otherwise specified. Only if the ticket after your purchase, mentions any local consumption tax, then such local tax is included.
You shall make the payment through one of the payment platforms offered by the Website when proceeding to checkout. Except in the case of automatic renewals, when purchasing the VideoPass or making any other new purchases, the Website will present any alternative payment options available to you, either at the time of purchase or whenever you access your account to change your payment method.

Unless the prices are shown in another currency according to your tax residence, as a general rule, the prices are shown in Euros (€). Nevertheless, the Platforms can show and charge prices in the user’s local currency depending on various criteria. When local currency billing is applied based on criteria established by MotoGP Group, it will apply only to users according to their effective tax residence and in the corresponding currency. In such cases, the applicable price will be the amount displayed in the relevant local currency at the time of purchase or renewal. Depending on your agreement with your bank, credit card or selected payment method, if payments are in the same currency, there should not be any additional currency conversion performed by the user’s bank, credit card, or selected payment method.
- PERSONAL DATA TO BE SUPPLIED
You are required to provide the data necessary for purchasing and maintaining each VideoPass, as well as for receiving account activation, in order for the process to be completed. Such data must be supplied when necessary, including: (i) at the time of your first purchase (including free trials or similar offers); (ii) whenever any of your information changes; and (iii) at any other time MotoGP Group deems it necessary in accordance with applicable regulations, particularly if previously provided data is considered incomplete.
If you fail to provide all required data:(a) the purchase process may not be completed, and we will have no obligation to activate your account for login; or(b) your account may be deactivated until the necessary data is provided.
Any data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and other applicable terms in order to provide the agreed services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your contact address or email, either by updating your WSBK account profile or by contacting us at support@wsbk.com.

- ACTIVATION AND USE OF THE ACCOUNT
- Activation of your account
Once the payment process has been successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been granted access to the VideoPass you have purchased. Please note that account validation is mandatory in order to access the VideoPass. From that moment, you should be able to log in and access the streaming of the videos included in your purchased VideoPass.
Upon receiving this email, you must read it carefully to verify all details. If the VideoPass you purchased differs from the one confirmed in the email, you may only request changes, refunds, or compensation as expressly stated in the issuing instructions, if any.
If you fail to read the email for any reason (including an incorrect email address provided or failure to open the email), MotoGP Group will not be liable for any refund or other form of compensation.
- Use of your account for the VideoPass
You must follow the instructions provided on the Website in order to log in and access the Content (including entering your username and password). The use of the VideoPass is personal, private, individual, and non-transferable. A VideoPass subscription grants access exclusively to the natural person linked to the WSBK account. You are not permitted to share your account with any other person. For the avoidance of doubt, this prohibits reselling, distributing, giving away, or otherwise transferring the VideoPass, even free of charge.
If your account is accessed by more than one (1) IP address simultaneously (or more than the allowed number, if specified), you acknowledge that such use constitutes a violation of this Policy. In such cases, We may: issue a new account or password while cancelling the previous one, or immediately terminate your VideoPass access for non-compliance.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase or renewal, the maximum number of simultaneous connections per account is one (1) IP address.
Similarly, if multiple members of a company or institution wish to access the VideoPass, each individual must purchase it through their own personal WSBK account. Sharing a single WSBK account or VideoPass among different individuals is strictly prohibited.
As noted above, the VideoPass is restricted to personal and private use. Any reproduction or public display of VideoPass content, whether in public spaces or to a private audience, is strictly prohibited.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case of a One Round VideoPass, or as otherwise determined by MotoGP Group, if the selected Round is cancelled or undergoes significant changes, MotoGP Group may, at its sole discretion, grant you access to a replacement Round or to another Round of its choosing.
- Right of Withdrawal within 14 days
When Videopass is cancelled by the user within fourteen (14) calendar days after the purchase, right to a full refund may arise provided that the Videopass content has not been consumed. For the sake of clarity, the mere access to the Videopass Content may entail the loss of the right before mentioned but in particular the streaming of any video (live or archived) or live timing if applicable.
In the event of the aforementioned 14 days period having expired, or the Content has been consumed, no refunds (neither total nor partial) will be applied by MotoGP Group.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal hereinabove, the user shall contact support@wsbk.com.
- Renewal cancellation
To cancel an automatic renewal or recurring charges for a VideoPass, you must follow the instructions provided at the time of subscription. This process always requires logging into your account and following the on-screen instructions. The cancellation must be completed before the agreed renewal date, which you can verify by logging into your account.

- Cancellation due to Exercise of personal data rights
Purchasing and accessing a VideoPass involves the processing of personal data necessary for the provision of the service by MotoGP Group, as described in our Privacy Policy, which all WSBK users must accept.
Please note that withdrawing your consent to all data processing carried out by MotoGP Group or requesting the erasure of your personal data will result also in the cancellation of the relevant WSBK account and all associated data, which includes all WSBK products linked to that account, if any.
- REFUNDS
The VideoPass is non-refundable after purchase, except in exceptional cases in accordance with Spanish Consumer Protection Laws.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, MotoGP Group may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund in exceptional cases.
If you wish to request a refund, you must notify us as soon as possible after becoming aware of any circumstance that may give rise to such a right. To apply for a refund, if applicable, please submit a written request to support@wsbk.com.
Any refund granted may correspond to the purchase price of the VideoPass, less any applicable fees or commissions charged by the payment platform, your bank, or any third party.
Refunds will only be made to the person who purchased the VideoPass. In the case of a full refund, MotoGP Group will use the same payment method used for the original purchase. If a partial refund is granted, MotoGP Group will notify the subscriber of the amount and the procedure to receive it, at MotoGP Group’s sole discretion.
- VOID ACTIVATED ACCOUNT
Any activation obtained or account used in violation of this Policy or any applicable Terms and Conditions shall be deemed void, and all rights associated with such activation shall be null and void. Any person attempting to use such an invalid account to gain or provide access to the Website’s Content may be subject to legal action and, if access has already been obtained, may be considered an infringer and prosecuted accordingly.
- MISCELLANEOUS
In case that a Court or competent authority finds that any of the terms of this Purchase Policy cannot be enforced for any reason, this shall not prevent the other provisions from continuing to apply.
Nothing in this Purchase Policy shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture or establish a relationship of principal and agent or any other relationship between the parties beyond the contractual relationship established under this Purchase Policy.
MotoGP Group will be permitted to modify in whole or in part the present Purchase Policy at any given moment, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the relevant user.
Force Majeure. For the purpose of this Purchase Policy, “Force Majeure” means any cause beyond the control of one of the parties including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, electricity black-out, network or server failure, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, actions taken by the police, acts or regulations of national or local governments. MotoGP Group will not be liable to the user for failure to perform any obligation under this Purchase Policy to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.
MotoGP Group is entitled to assign any right and obligation under this Purchase Policy provided that the MotoGP™ products users’ rights are not adversely affected.
The present General Conditions are governed and subject to Spanish law, without reference to legal norms, and in the case of a dispute it will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, Spain.
These terms have been drafted in English language. In the event of conflict between English version and any other translated version of this Purchase Policy, the English version shall prevail.
- WSBK VIDEOPASS PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Different types of VideoPass subscriptions
When purchasing a VideoPass, different types of subscriptions may be available. These may differ in terms of duration, included Content, price, renewal conditions, or other features. You acknowledge that access to Content on a Pay-Per-View basis may be limited to a specific seasonal package.
Prior to purchasing any VideoPass, information regarding its features (including duration and included Content) will be displayed on screen before you select the relevant option, and may also be included in any renewal emails sent to you. In the case of automatic renewal or other recurring payments, you agree to comply with the applicable payment terms, including conditions for early cancellation.
The features of the VideoPass you purchase are defined during the purchase process and confirmed in the confirmation email. Any questions regarding the type of VideoPass purchased can be clarified at any time by contacting support@wsbk.com.
- Language and Technical format of videos
Regarding language of the video content available on worldsbk.com, please note that live commentary may be provided in English only. Daily highlights commentary during each Round weekend may be available in English, and interviews may be made available either in English or in the interviewee’s chosen language. Language availability may vary throughout the season.
The races might be available in HD format for the agreed categories, both live and on-demand, The Website delivers the quality established depending on your bandwidth and choosing. All sessions from all categories on each Round should be available in High Resolution quality live and on-demand. If the user is accessing worldsbk.com video content through a mobile device, please note that the viewing experience may vary depending on the internet connection, device and/or OS. If the user is experiencing problems viewing certain features on worldsbk.com on any mobile device, we suggest using a computer/laptop.
