Nato nel Coventry 19 anni fa, Hill ha partecipato al Pata European Junior Cup-Powered by Honda dal 2013, concludendo in 31esima posizione la sua prima stagione, mentre nelle due successive ha ottenuto il 18esimo e il 12esimo posto. Il suo debutto nel WorldSSP è avvenuto in Qatar nel 2015, con il CIA Landlord Insurance Honda team gestito da Simon Buckmaster e l’esperienza si è conclusa con un 16esimo piazzamento in gara. Nel 2017 farà coppia con il connazionale Luke Stapleford nel Profile Racing, e spera di progredire nella sua carriera agonistica.
