How do I cancel the auto renewal of my VideoPass?

If you no longer wish to continue your access to VideoPass for the next season, you will be able to cancel the auto renewal easily in your profile, once logged on your VideoPass account, under "Your VideoPass"

Untick the option that indicates you would like to be auto-renewed.

I cannot find the Live Video

Make sure that a live session is currently running. Please check the time schedule on our homepage (you can switch to your local time).

Once correctly logged in you will see a Live Video and a Live Timing icons on the upper right side of our main page, as well as a direct access on the homepage. The icons will be green and "on air" when there is a live session running. Make sure that you have installed the latest version of Flash.

Live video will be available for WorldSBK and WorldSSP Superpoles on Saturday and to all the races of the weekend. For the European rounds, Superstock 1000 race is also covered.

I cannot view live video content after purchasing a VideoPass

Make sure you are correctly logged in and that you have a valid subscription.

We suggest you upgrade your Flash Macromedia Plug to the newest version.

Then check your navigator configuration and the cookies. If the cookies have been deactivated, please activate them and clear the old ones. Delete the cache, then try again to log into the homepage.

If you have any firewall or anti pop-up software, we suggest you deactivate them.

What does auto-renewal mean?

When you purchase a Full Season VideoPass subscription, you also accept the Terms and Conditions allowing your subscription to be automatically renewed the following season and each subsequent season.

You will be notified of this impending charge by email at the email address you provided during sign up. We will also advise you of any price changes at this time as well as any other material changes to the subscription terms. You will then have an opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not want it renewed for the following season. Please be advised that if you do not affirmatively cancel your subscription by the date provided in our email notice then it will be automatically renewed and the credit card on file will be charged based on the subscription price indicated in the email notification.

What do I get to see with the Live & OnDemand Full Season VideoPass?

With the Live & OnDemand VideoPass you get to see:

-Live and OnDemand coverage: watch the WorldSBK FP1 and FP2 (plus WorldSSP FP2) on Friday during European rounds and WorldSBK, WorldSSP and WorldSSP300 Superpoles on Saturday at all rounds, whilst all races across the weekend will also be available (besides WorldSSP300 Last Chance Race).

-Video Library: Enjoy 26 minutes highlights, race reviews, season reviews of past seasons since 1993

Note that this VideoPass is not available in all countries and that the contents may vary depending on the country you are accessing your account.

What are the minimum system requirements?

- Intel Core i5 or equivalent AMD processor (*) with a minimum of 2GB of memory
- An operating system and browser supported by Adobe
- Adobe Flash player version 11.2
- A broadband internet connection of 4 Mbps or higher
- 1024x768 resolution or higher

I have an account but forgot my password - How can I retrieve it?

If you do not remember your password, you should go to Forgotten Password and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you reset your password.

Adjust the current settings of your e-mail provider such as Spam filters, Safe list, send Spam to Spam folder, etc. so that it accepts mails from and check that there is available mailbox space.

How do I cancel my Monthly VideoPass?

You will be able to cancel your Monthly VideoPass after logging into your account and editing it by clicking on your email address in bold.

What do I get to see with the Full Season OnDemand VideoPass?

With the OnDemand VideoPass you get to see:

-OnDemand coverage: watch the WorldSBK FP1 and FP2 (plus WorldSSP FP2) on Friday during European rounds and WorldSBK, WorldSSP and WorldSSP300 Superpoles on Saturday at all rounds, whilst all races across the weekend will also be available (besides WorldSSP300 Last Chance Race).

Why am I not getting live coverage with my VideoPass?

Depending on the country you are located in, you will have access to on demand coverage, without live. You will be able to view the races live on the TV broadcaster available in your country.

How do I cancel auto-renewal for my subscription?

You can cancel auto-renewal billing for your Full Season VideoPass at any time before it auto renews.

To cancel auto-renewal billing for your Full Season VideoPass subscription, please visit your VideoPass section on your profile after clicking on your email address once logged in. Set the automatic renewal feature to Disabled.
