Anything that Luca Bernardi races in seems to turn to gold. Born originally in San Marino, the 20-year-old debuted in World Supersport last season for the CM Racing squad. The 2017 Italian Supersport 300 Champion racked up the 2020 Italian Supersport title and added that to his growing list of achievements. Racing full-time throughout the 2021 WorldSSP season, Bernardi took podiums in just his second round in the class before a serious back injury robbed us of seeing him flourish into a race winner. At just the tender age of 20, Bernardi is one of the most exciting riders on the grid – don’t be surprised to be hearing more of his name throughout the 2022 campaign.
