Haslam and Suzuki meshing at high pace
After three recent tests - Portimao, Phillip Island and Valencia - Leon Haslam is now something of a Suzuki Alstare testing ‘veteran' and has slotted straight into his first factory WSB ride with seeming ease.

His testing schedule has been the envy of some of his rivals, while his speed over one lap, and at race pace, has been satisfyingly competitive.

Said Leon, "We've had a pretty solid test schedule since I joined the Alstare Suzuki Team seven weeks ago and I believe we're on course to be at the front next year."

"I am really happy with the way things are going and I had another two days with the boys in the team last week. I have been happy with the consistency we had at the last test. I did three 1'34.0 laps of Valencia, which is very pleasing. I'm about a second a lap faster than I was in the races at Valencia this year and I finished fifth in both races, so I have to be optimistic about my chances."
