There’s plenty of reason to follow the WorldSSP300 championship in 2019, whilst in Portugal, the added addition of local wildcards will make for a great atmosphere!

The 2019 World Supersport 300 class has been nothing short of phenomenal, and with a whole host of riders taking their best results of their career and for their country in the class at Donington Park last time out, who knows what’s in-store for the class at the Acerbis Portuguese Round at Portimao. There will be wildcards for the home fans to cheer on however, with six wildcards ready to rock in Portugal.

As well as the wildcards in WorldSBK and WorldSSP, there are plenty of young hopefuls looking to make names for themselves in WorldSSP300 too. Starting with the home heroes, Pedro Fragoso (STAND OS PUTOS Racing Team) and Vasco Correia Esturrado (Team Motoclube De Loule Concelho) will make their way onto the grid, giving the home crowd plenty to cheer about.

BCD Yamaha MS Racing will field Spaniard Unai Orradre, as he will be replacing Ferran Hernandez Moyano. Miloslav Hrava (ACCR Czech Talent Team – Willi Race) will make it three Czech riders on the grid, whilst Dylan Delouvy (Flembbo Leader Team) will make his first appearance of the season too, making it a 55-rider entry list.
