After suffering a Tissot Superpole Race crash on Sunday at the Pirelli Thai Round, Leon Camier (Moriwaki Althea HONDA Team) is hopeful of returning to WorldSBK action at the MotorLand Aragon circuit.

The British rider was involved in a crash with Thai wildcard rider, Thitipong Warokorn (Kawasaki Thailand Racing Team) in which a damaged knee resulted in him being forced to miss Race 2. The good news for Camier and the Moriwaki Althea HONDA Team is that the injury will not require surgery, after the Brit went for several medical check-ups back home.

Having achieved a front row and podium at the MotorLand Aragon circuit back in 2011, Camier will be hoping to make amends should he get back out on circuit. Camier will hope to return to the circuit with better prospects than last season, where he sustained injuries that would see him miss the following two rounds.
