WorldSBK’s famous stage gets bigger and better

With anticipation building for the 2018 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship season, which kicks off in just over two weeks time at the legendary Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, the world famous Paddock Show is set to become bigger and better for the season ahead.

The Paddock Show is a fantastic opportunity for fans to meet their heroes and hear about all behind the scenes information from the WorldSBK Rounds, and this season will see this experience become even more enjoyable for fans.

Throughout the day with action on track, the Paddock Show stage will include live commentary of all practice, qualifying and races which means fans will never miss a minute of the enthralling racing wherever they are. Whilst watching their favourite riders out on track, the Official WorldSBK programmes will now be available to buy from the fan zone, of which the stage will be at the heart. With an extended fan zone welcomed for 2018, there will be even more action for the fans off the track.

But stunning entertainment doesn’t stop there, as the Paddock Show continues when the bikes return to their garages. Ever popular Team Manager chat shows will carry on into this season, as well as the Motul race chats which provide fans with plenty of information from behind the scenes, offering a different spin on the usual comments from members of the paddock.

With riders from all four categories welcomed on stage throughout the weekend, there will be even more opportunity to meet the riders as well as the return of qualifying and race shows, meaning anyone present at the circuit will be able to hear first-hand from the riders. On top of this, on board laps shown on the stage will help people to understand how a rider would take on the world class circuits. Not forgetting the stunning history of WorldSBK, past winners and legends will be invited onto the stage which means there will be something for everyone as the on track action ends.

As always, the Paddock Show welcomes a more fun and relaxed nature to the WorldSBK circuits and 2018 will be no different. Introducing even more fan activities to all events, new look autograph sessions, giveaways and several concert events, the Paddock Show stage will be the place to be. On top of this, Donington Park will once again host an on-stage charity auction which means there will be an opportunity to own exclusive pieces up for sale.
