Race 2 in the French Countryside saw Biaggi conquer at the last minute
The last time Magny-Cours saw a Championship decided there was in Race 2 in 2012 and what a race it was, coming down to the last moments to decide the Championship between Tom Sykes and Max Biaggi.
Heading into Race 2 Sykes was just 14.5 points behind Biaggi before he stole the show winning from pole but it wasn’t enough as the Italian, who after finishing fifth just scraped by to win the 2012 Championship by half a point!
