There may have been a slight delay to the start of the 2^nd round of the European Junior Cup in Assen but that didn’t stop Spain’s Javier Orellana (Europ Foods) taking back to back victories at the end of a thrilling 10 lap race. Emanuele Pusceddu (SK & Itaba Moto) led into the final turn, only to run wide allowing Orellana and Pole Position setter Hannes Soomer (Lub Line Auto24Ring) to pass him on the run to the flag meaning the final top 3 podium finishers were: Orellana, Soomer and Pusceddu.

In the championship Orellana takes an 18 point lead to the next round in Imola in 3 weeks time.
