The Spaniard will be the advisor for the Italian squad in 2015.

Next year former WSBK regular rider Ruben Xaus will be helping Team Go Eleven in their World Superbike debut season. The 36 year old Spaniard is excited about his new role as team’s advisor and he reckons the upcoming season will be a very interesting one, given the technical rules changes that will further level the performances of the different bikes.

“I’m actually a kind of advisor” said Ruben Xaus, “I’m not leading the team but helping them with my experience. I also have a company who look after teams and customers in these types of situations. I am trying to help Team GoEleven to make that further step up to World Superbike and to give the best package to the new rider, who might be Jordi Torres from Spain.  I hope we will be able to do a good job and be competitive in 2015.”

“Dorna is doing a good job in trying to lower the costs and to allow private teams not only to take part in the series but also to be competitive,” he continued. “With the new rules the 2015 season will be very exciting as many riders be able to race for the podium.”
