The history of 'Giorgio Nada Editore' dates back to 1973, when Mr Giorgio Nada purchased the Libreria dell'Automobile, an International Motoring Bookstore in the centre of Milan, specialised in selling Italian and imported publications concerned with cars and motorcycles. The first of Nada's own publications came out in 1977, under the name "Moto Guzzi" published by Edizioni della Libreria dell'Automobile; it was to be followed by more books at a rate of two volumes a year. In late 1987 Nada realised he ought to separate the bookshop from the publishing house, and so he founded Giorgio Nada Editore, destined to grow over the years as it provided automobile lovers with an indispensable source of information based on careful historical research. Giorgio Nada Editore is committed to producing quality books and periodicals concerned with vintage and modern automobiles and motorcycles. Since its foundation the publishing house has conquered the leadership of the Italian market, offering over 350 original books.
